Description
Nerium is an evergreen shrub or small tree, growing up to 6 m. The leaves are leathery, long and narrow lanceolate. Its sap is toxic. The flowers are red, white or pink, 2.5-5 cm in diameter. They like sunny locations. Nerium is widely planted in coastal strips and cities due to its fast growing characteristics and resistant to wind, salt and air pollution.
