Description
Agave species are look like Yucca and they may grow 1,5-2,5 m high and 2-3 m diameter depending on their varieties and climate. Agaves are popular ornamental plants and native in Middle and South America. The plant grow slowly and bloom once during their life. Leaves are torny and long sword shaped.They like permeable, dry and nutrient-rich topsoil. Agave species may be propagated by seeds or cuttings of lateral shoots.
